The office is beautiful and so is the staff! They are prompt, knowledgeable, and just a pleasure to deal with!
Comfortable atmosphere...Dr. Burnett truly cares about his patients, and he is very good at what he does. His assistants were outstanding as well. Having an implant was a breeze!
I was very impressed with every staff person at the office. Everyone was nice. The skills of my hygienist today was excellent.. Also such a kind and compassionate person. I really was impressed with Dr Burnett too. I highly recommend this office.
The Pawleys Island office is convenient to find and park. Inside the reception is welcoming and the atmosphere is clean and relaxed. The dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth was professional and knowledgeable. She explained my present Care and follow up. Highly recommend.
My first visit was outstanding. Great facility with state of the art equipment. The Techs were great and explained everything to me. Dr. Rinehart spent a lot of time and went through everything in detail. At 65 this is best experience I've had at a dentist.
Both of us had a good experience. Modern and very clean office. Good staff.
My complaint about not being told a fluoride treatment wasn’t covered by insurance was positively resolved through a phone call to the office staff at Rinehart Dentistry. They said they had an office meeting and informed all office staff to make clear to their patients when extra charges would be incurred due to not being covered by insurance. They also gave me a one time waiver of charge for the fluoride treatment due to the misunderstanding. My allergic reaction to the fluoride treatment will also be put in my chart so tha... read more
